What fine craic it was going out for the celtic chaos with James MacKenzie and his band. The boys played amazing at the Mitchell and there is no doubt that James writes and performs heavy weight tunes. The club was as usual a total ball of craic and madness and I was chuffed to have seen some top end bands. You can see some members from Salsa Celtica, Rura and the Foghorn Stringband in these photos. Usually a big fat railing in front of the stage is bad news but in this case I used it to my advantage, all those halos and light blooms are created from the out of focus railing. So aye, I like these, they're creative, kinda intimate and well colourful.
