So here we have the new web page for Ormiston flutes, it’s been quite a while in the making but does a good job of showing the craftsmanship and detail in the instruments quite well i think. The site is a basic html site with all styling taken care of by .css (naturally). No exuberant cms system and just clean simple design to highlight the instruments themselves. The photos by Nancy MacDonald are displayed up close and personal with the java script plug in lightbox2.
I encountered the usual litany of farce concerning internet explorer, having to write this rule and that to display everything as it should. Please if you are still using explorer dump it, get firefox, safari, opera or even google chrome. With the exception of google chrome you will find everything displays as it was intended and everything works flawlessly.
